We invite you to stay in our penthouse condo in the Anah building, centrally located in Playa del Carmen near 5th Avenue and the beach. The condo features a large private rooftop, two bedrooms with king beds, air conditioning, bathrooms, smart TVs, a full kitchen, and a living room with fast WiFi. Enjoy a private rooftop with a mini pool. The building offers 24-hour security, a rooftop pool, jacuzzis, a gym, garage parking, and a business center. Multiple units are available for larger groups.
This centrally located penthouse condo is ideal for a comfortable and convenient stay. Situated just far enough from 5th Avenue to avoid the noise, yet within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, and shops—all within one block. The beach and 5th Avenue are only a few blocks away.

The condo features:
- Two bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed, air conditioning, bathroom, and smart TV.
- Private rooftop with a mini pool (note: this pool is not heated and does not have jets, it is simply for cooling off) accessible from the second bedroom upstairs.
- Full kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal.
- Living room with an L-shaped sofa that can sleep two additional people when both sides are pushed together (note: this is not a sofa bed).
- Additional 2 people can sleep on the sofa. It is not a sofa bed, however pushing the two sides of the L together create a double bed size to sleep.
Building amenities include:
- Two jacuzzis/hot tubs, one on the rooftop and one in the courtyard, which can be heated upon request at the reception desk.
- Rooftop pool with city and sea views, complemented by lounge chairs for relaxation.
- 24 Hour Security & reception desk. Only registered guests allowed after 10pm
- Laundry facilities in the common space (paid)
